Gaaah stupid darkroom isn't working! First we thought it was bad chemicals, then we thought the "safe" red light was exposing the paper, and now google isn't being helpful and I can't figure out if I messed up the dilution ratios for the chemicals or something.
Help...

Anyone here know anything about darkroom chemicals?
